Today was the first time in a long while that I attended Sunday Mass. Although I did not directly engage in conversation with anyone, I found comfort in simply being surrounded by others who had also chosen to gather here this morning. There was a quiet sense of unity in knowing that, despite our individual lives and stories, we were all there together in that moment, drawn by a shared purpose. It reminded me that connection doesn’t always require words or interaction—it can be felt in the act of being present with others. I left with a renewed sense of belonging and was reminded that I am a part of something greater than myself.
