- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix!
- Fold in chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
- Pour and spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan (I used a 9x13in pan).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

- Be careful not to overbake the brownies! They keep cooking once they are out of the oven and harden a lot as they cool.
- Let the brownies cool before you taste them; for some reason the flavor is not as good when they are still warm!
I really like this recipe because it is healthier than traditional recipes that use vegetable oil. The brownies are more “cake-like”, but equally as delicious!
