It’s easy to overlook our health until something goes wrong and suddenly it demands our full attention. Right now, I’m down with the flu, my mom is struggling with a bad muscle strain, and my sister is recovering from knee surgery. It’s moments like these that make you realize how amazing it is just to feel good: to move freely, breathe easily, and go about your day without a second thought. I am mindful that for many, health struggles aren’t temporary but a constant part of life, and the daily challenges they navigate are real and often invisible to others. Let this be a gentle reminder to care for ourselves and be grateful for the times we feel well. Sending overly concerned (but well-meaning) grandma energy to anyone under the weather.
