It’s funny how our brains work; we spent so much time worrying about whether Tony would get this job, and now that he has the offer, we’re worried about whether he should take it or stay in his current position. Instead of celebrating the fact that he has options, we’re tangled in the “what-ifs” of each choice. But honestly, isn’t this a great problem to have? Instead of feeling stuck, he has options, and that’s something to appreciate. Maybe the real challenge isn’t making the decision, but allowing ourselves to enjoy the fact that we’re in a position where there is a decision to make. No matter what he decides, we’re in a good place, and that’s worth celebrating!
